ZenaTech has acquired ESM Software from Boston, expanding its enterprise SaaS portfolio with a 13th software brand. ESM serves more than 8,000 users in public administrations, education, healthcare, utilities, financial services and retail, and offers solutions with "The ESM Platform" for strategy execution, OKRs, employee performance and cyber-/compliance management. ZenaTech’s subsidiary ZenaDrone has begun flight tests in the UAE using printed circuit boards developed and manufactured by Spider Vision Sensors in Taiwan, which are integrated into the ZenaDrone 1000 and IQ Nano platforms. The boards are produced in a 16,000-square-foot facility in Taiwan, a country that is not classified as a “covered foreign country” under the NDAA and therefore permitted for NDAA-compliant systems. ZenaTech is pursuing “Blue UAS” certification for four drones; in-house manufacturing is intended to give the company better control over costs, quality and the certification timeline. ZenaTech has acquired Benchmark Partners LLC (operating as Galena Benchmark Engineering), a civil engineering and surveying firm based in Ketchum, Idaho. The acquisition is the 27th under its “Drone as a Service” model and brings ZenaTech into its 13th U.S. state. ZenaTech plans to offer drone-based surveying, 3D construction monitoring and services for precision agriculture, inspections, wildfire prevention and environmental monitoring through its ZenaWorx platform.
