Zotefoams calls general meeting to vote on employee share plan

Zotefoams has convened a general meeting for 3 August 2026 in London at which shareholders will vote on the approval and adoption of the "Zotefoams Save As You Earn Plan." The board recommends approval and intends to vote in favour using its own shareholding. Proxies must be lodged with Computershare Investor Services PLC by 10:00 on 30 July 2026. Zotefoams achieves record profitability in 2025, operating profit rises 26%

Zotefoams reports its most profitable year on record for 2025: adjusted operating profit rose 26% to £22.8m on revenue up 7% to £158.5m. The adjusted operating margin expanded by 220 basis points to 14.4% and adjusted earnings per share climbed 46% to 38.00 pence. The company attributes the improvement to operational efficiency, a favourable product mix and targeted investments, as well as the acquisition of OKC. Zotefoams CEO and CFO acquire shares through share incentive plan

Zotefoams reported that Group CEO Ronan Michael Cox on 11 February 2026 bought 34 partnership shares at a price of £4.4528 per share and additionally received 8 free shares; Group CFO Nick Wright acquired 33 partnership shares at the same price and also received 8 free shares. The transactions were reported by trustee MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited under the company’s share incentive plan and are in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
