Zura Bio expects pivotal Tibulizumab study results within six months

At the Cantor Fitzgerald Healthcare Conference, Zura Bio said it expects important clinical data for its lead candidate Tibulizumab within six months, including results for hidradenitis suppurativa in Q4 2024 and for systemic sclerosis in the first half of 2025. Tibulizumab is a bispecific antibody targeting IL-17 and BAFF; the company highlights a tetravalent design and hopes to overcome the limits of single-target therapies. The hidradenitis study was overenrolled at 247 patients and selected change in abscess and nodule count as the primary endpoint; early safety data show low rates of treatment-emergent anti-drug antibodies.
