Aris Mining has started building a 109‑metre modular steel bridge over the Puruni River at Puruni Landing to supplement the existing pontoon crossing and secure access to the Toroparu gold project. The bridge is also intended to improve the Puruni corridor for other users and divert heavy traffic from the local main road. Aris Mining has filed a new base shelf prospectus in Canada and a corresponding F-10 registration with the US SEC, replacing its 2024 prospectus. The move is intended to preserve financing flexibility; there are currently no plans to issue securities.
