Baden-Württemberg’s Minister-President Cem Özdemir, responding to Volkswagen’s surprise savings plan, is calling for concrete proposals for the Audi plant in Neckarsulm, including products and investments that extend beyond 2034. He expects the VW board, supervisory board and Audi management to use the remaining window of time and stresses the importance of management, the works council and the union.
