BH Macro has called meetings for 19 February 2026 to vote on closing the share classes denominated in pounds and US dollars for the financial year to 31 December 2025. The board unanimously recommends voting against the closure resolutions and will vote its own holdings likewise, saying the company continues to fulfil its purpose.
