Romande Energie reports H1 2026 EBITDA of CHF 98m (+38%), EBIT of CHF 46m (doubling) and net profit of CHF 47m (+19%) on revenues of CHF 407m. Higher power margins and contributions from trading offset weaker hydropower earnings; operating cash flow more than doubled to CHF 109m. The company reorganized into four business divisions, increased capex to CHF 191 million for grid modernization and renewable infrastructure, and proposes a dividend of CHF 1.44 per share.
