Team plc has completed the acquisition of eight institutional investment mandates from EPIC Markets (UK) LLP by issuing 6,301,237 new ordinary shares. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around next Thursday and will be fully equal in rights to the existing ordinary shares.
