At the Goldman Sachs conference, Wise presented a growth strategy based on a global payments infrastructure, product diversification and deeper customer engagement. Cross‑border volume rose 31% to £253bn, customer numbers reached 19 million, and revenues outside the money‑transfer business now account for 51% of net revenue. Management stressed discipline on pricing, marketing and capital deployment, announced a buyback program of over £500m and an OPEX plan of £2bn for two years. With effect from 14 August, Wise Group has replaced Wise Limited as the senior guarantor for Wise Financing plc’s Euro Medium Term Note programme, with a capacity of £2 billion. The change affects, among other instruments, bonds of more than £250 million issued with a 5.1% coupon and maturing on 25 November 2030; trustee and agency agreements and the bond terms have been amended accordingly and creditors notified.
