Accor reports mixed half-year results and cuts growth outlook

Accor slightly beat expectations in H1 2026 with revenue of €2.76bn and EBITDA of €563m, but recorded a declining RevPAR in Q2 and slower net‑unit growth. RevPAR fell 0.2% in the quarter and net unit growth was 3.2%, prompting a cut to the full‑year net unit growth outlook to 3.5% (previously >4%). Accor hires Goldman Sachs for Ennismore US IPO

According to people familiar with the matter, Accor has picked Goldman Sachs as the lead bank for a potential US IPO of the Ennismore Lifestyle Group. BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Societe Generale are expected to support the offering. A listing could take place later this year.
