Aclarion expands CLARITY study to include Lanman Spinal Neurosurgery as private study site

Aclarion has added Lanman Spinal Neurosurgery in Beverly Hills as a new clinical site for the multicenter CLARITY study, which is investigating Nociscan in 300 patients with discogenic low back pain. The study measures the primary endpoint of change in back pain on a 100-mm VAS after 12 months; Aclarion expects initial internal analyses and interim results in Q4 2026. Nociscan uses MR spectroscopy and algorithms to identify pain-causing discs; however, Aclarion reports high cash burn, low revenue and ongoing unprofitability.
