Aditxt acquires precision oncology company Ignite Proteomics for $36 million

Aditxt has acquired Ignite Proteomics for a nominal $36 million, issuing 36,000 newly created convertible series A-2 preferred shares; Ignite will be integrated as a subsidiary into Aditxt’s oncology initiatives.
