Optoelectronics posted a 12% revenue increase in the first two quarters, and the medical-technology business is receiving increased R&D investment for patient monitoring platforms. OSI Systems beats Q1 forecasts and raises full-year revenue outlook, shares fall after hours

OSI Systems reported adjusted non-GAAP EPS of $1.42 for Q1 2026 on revenue of $385 million, beating expectations.
