Aroundtown, via Grand City, has acquired roughly 20% of LEG Immobilien (purchase price about €700m) and could increase the stake to up to 29.9% or reduce it later. As of 30.6.2026, LEG reports an EPRA‑NTA of €10.5bn versus a market valuation of around €3.75bn. Since LEG holds no residential properties in Berlin, the company is less affected by plans to nationalise.
