Bajaj Mobility raises group revenue by 65% and reports first positive quarterly EBIT after restructuring

Bajaj Mobility increased group revenue in the first half of 2026 by 65% to €704.1 million. EBITDA improved to €37.6 million (previous year: -€183.3 million); half-year EBIT was -€24.8 million, and in the second quarter EBIT turned positive again for the first time. Motorcycle revenue from the brands KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS rose 109.1% to €579.6 million, with global unit sales at 147,572 units. Bajaj Mobility sold 48,672 motorcycles outside India in Q2 2026 (+71% vs. Q2/25) and a total of 147,572 units worldwide in the first half (+81% vs. the prior year). Revenue in the motorcycle segment rose in Q2 to around EUR 370m and reached about EUR 700m in H1 compared with EUR 373m in the year‑earlier period. Bajaj Mobility reported revenue growth of 70.2% in Q1 2026 to €331 million and achieved a positive EBITDA for the first time in several quarters, with a margin of about 2%. Growth was driven mainly by the motorcycle segment, which accounted for 82% of revenue and saw a marked volume increase. The share price rose 7.78% to €19.4 following the results.
