Baker Steel Resources Trust has launched a share buyback program and entered into an irrevocable agreement with Shore Capital Stockbrokers, which will independently decide the timing of market purchases. Repurchases will be made within set parameters up to the general authorization of 24 September 2025 or until the maximum cash amount is reached, for no more than 15,958,729 shares. The maximum price per share is capped at the higher of 105% of the average closing price over the preceding five trading days or the higher independent trading price/bid; all acquired shares will be cancelled.
