The Baltic Classifieds Group will change the trading currency of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange from pence sterling to euro cents; the change is to take effect in early September 2026. Baltic Classifieds Group reported a 7% revenue increase to €88.5m for the fiscal year to 30 April 2026, but thus fell short of the consensus expectation of €89.4m. Despite operating profit rising 13% to €60.4m, the revenue figures dominated investor reaction and the stock slipped intraday to 189.1p (day low 177p). The stagnant auto segment and the announced return of €101.1m to shareholders added to the uncertainty.
