Basic-Fit acquires 18 Speedfit studios and increases number of clubs in Austria to 51
One Way Capital Holding, part of the Dutch group Basic‑Fit, intends to acquire 100% of Speedfit GmbH in Austria, which has around 36,000 members across 18 clubs. Basic‑Fit plans to rebrand the acquired studios as Basic‑Fit clubs in the coming quarters and expects their profitability to move closer to the group average. Basic-Fit reported 2025 revenue of €1,420m (+17%) and EBITDA of €348m (+11%). The company confirmed its 2026 guidance (revenue €1,640–1,690m, EBITDA €405–445m) and plans a net 50 club openings.
