Bavarian Nordic climbs to year high after forecast raise and analysts' buy recommendations

Bavarian Nordic raises annual forecast: revenue rises to around DKK 6.1bn and EBITDA margin to 32%

Bavarian Nordic has increased its revenue forecast for the third time this year to around DKK 6.1 billion, driven by stronger travel-vaccine sales, in particular rabies vaccines in the US. The travel-health segment is expected to contribute about DKK 3.4 billion, significantly more than previously anticipated. Bavarian Nordic raises 2026 outlook after strong half-year

Bavarian Nordic reports H1 2026 revenue of DKK 3,092m and an EBITDA margin of 35%, with Q2 at 45% and a gross margin of 61%. The company raised its full-year guidance to around DKK 5.7bn and its target EBITDA margin to about 30%; the stock jumped markedly in pre-market trading. Public Preparedness is now expected at DKK 2.5bn (DKK 2.3bn contractually secured), Travel Health remains robust, and the VIMKUNYA revenue forecast for 2026 was cut to DKK 200m due to delayed US uptake.
