At EnerCom in Denver, BKV unveiled an integrated business model combining upstream gas, power generation (currently 1.5 GW) and CCUS, touting production of around 1.1 billion cubic feet per day and three active CCUS projects. BKV Corp, with Citibank as lead arranger, has agreed the sixth amendment to its reserve-based lending (RBL) loan agreement, raising the maximum permitted net leverage ratios for distributions, voluntary early repayments and permitted investments. Thresholds were increased from about 2.00:1.00 to 2.25:1.00 for distribution-based payments and correspondingly for other restricted payments.
