Shares of BrightSpring Health Services fell about 4.4% in after-hours trading after the announcement of a secondary placement of 15 million common shares by existing shareholders, including a subsidiary of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and members of management. BrightSpring itself is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from the placement.
