Earnings miss weighs on ChemoMetec shares despite record revenue and XcytoMatic growth

ChemoMetec reported an adjusted loss of -$1.15 per share in the fourth quarter (expectation -$0.80), while revenue of $124m was slightly above forecasts. For fiscal 2025/2026 the company posted record revenue of DKK 511m, an EBITDA margin of 55.0% and XcytoMatic growth of 146%. Management raised the outlook for 2026/2027 but remained cautious; investors focused on the earnings miss, sending the stock down about 6.2%. ChemoMetec beats revenue forecasts for Q1 2025, stock falls nonetheless

ChemoMetec reported revenue of DKK 125m for the first quarter of 2025 (forecast DKK 124m) and earnings per share of 3.98. Revenue rose 8% in DKK (11% at constant exchange rates) and EBITDA was DKK 68.8m with a margin of 55%. Despite the positive figures, the stock fell about 4% to DKK 684. ChemoMetec stock rises 12.45% despite missed quarterly figures

ChemoMetec reported Q4 EPS of -$1.04 (expectation -$0.62) and revenue of $120m versus expected $128m. Restructuring costs weighed on results (total $12m, of which $8m in Q4). The stock nevertheless climbed 12.45% to $542 after management presented an optimistic outlook of 10–14% revenue growth, planned investments of $100m and new products (including Excitomatic XM40, XM50).
