Cheniere Energy Partners appointed Matthew Runkle, effective Thursday, to the board of directors of its general partner, Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC. Runkle was also appointed to the executive committee and will serve as a member of the CMI SPA Committee; his appointment was made pursuant to the rights of CQP Holdco LP under the amended LLC agreement.
