Comvita returns to profit in FY 2026 — revenue rises to 213m NZD

Comvita reported a net profit after tax of 7.7m NZD for the financial year 2026 on revenue of 213m NZD. Revenues in North America more than doubled to 58.7m NZD, gross margin rose to 53.9%, and operating cash flow improved to 40.3m NZD. After a balance sheet restructuring, net debt of 62.4m NZD turned into a net cash position of 0.5m NZD; management did not provide a formal forecast for FY 2027 and does not expect to pay a dividend. Comvita reports operational turnaround in H1 FY26 — shares rise 17%

Comvita returned to profit in the first half of FY26 and delivered a significant operational turnaround, sending the shares up 17.2%. Revenue rose 18.3% to NZ$118.0 million, normalized EBIT reached NZ$10.0 million and net profit after tax was NZ$4.6 million. Operating cash flow and free cash flow improved markedly, net debt fell 40.4% to NZ$48.7 million and inventory was cut by 53.1%.
