CoStar Group acquires Zonda for $800 million

CoStar Group has completed the cash acquisition of Zonda for $800 million, expanding its offerings in the new-construction residential real estate sector. Zonda provides lot-level data, software for homebuilders and operates marketplaces such as NewHomeSource.com and Livabl; the platform serves more than 3,000 customers in North America. Zonda generated approximately $170 million in revenue in 2025 with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 23%.
