Cyngn amends bylaws and tightens rules for board and shareholder meetings

Cyngn disclosed in an SEC filing that it has adopted an amended bylaws that establishes new qualification and disclosure requirements for board director candidates and clarifies nomination and reporting procedures. The company reserves the right to require additional information from nominees for the proxy statement and adds detailed provisions on directors’ powers, elections and terms of office.
