DeFi Technologies reported Q2 revenue of CAD 7.8 million and average AUM of about CAD 471.5 million, both down as digital-asset price falls produced CAD 16.3 million in negative mark-to-market adjustments. Valour recorded CAD 22.8 million of net inflows and the company ended the quarter with 102 ETPs, targeting roughly eight additional products in Q3. Management plans launches including the Smart Crypto Fund, a European UCITS structure, a Valour custody platform and expanded arbitrage strategies, while targeting annualized cash operating costs of CAD 36–39 million. DeFi Technologies reported revenue of $7.8 million and an operating loss of $2.3 million for the second quarter of 2026, versus $13.1 million in revenue in the year-ago quarter. On an adjusted basis, core business revenue was $5.5 million; operating expenses fell to $10.1 million but were weighed down by higher administrative costs. Subsidiary Valour contributed $3.0 million from administration fees, staking and lending, while Stillman Digital generated $2.5 million in trading commissions. Average assets under management declined to $471.5 million; cash plus treasury and venture holdings total around $135 million. Defi Technologies subsidiary Valour receives $11m for Hedera ETPs

Defi Technologies says its asset-management arm Valour received institutional inflows of $11 million for exchange-traded products on Hedera. $10 million came via the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and $1 million via the Swedish Spotlight exchange.
