Diginex has announced 'Risk-to-Remedy', an integrated solution that unites the risk assessment tool LUMEN, the workforce platform APPRISE and the expertise of The Remedy Project to record worker evidence, remediation actions and reporting in a single system. The company cites a market for human rights and supply chain due diligence of around $3.8 billion in 2025 and names regulatory drivers such as modern slavery laws and EU requirements. Despite a 97.6% share price loss last year, Diginex reports more liquid assets than debt and revenue growth of 203% over the past twelve months. Diginex signs distribution agreement with Resulticks and agrees key terms for merger

Diginex has agreed a distribution deal with Resulticks targeting cumulative sales of $40 million within four years, intended to accelerate global expansion and recurring revenue. Resulticks will take over active sales of Diginex’s sustainability platforms in regions such as the US, Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East and will integrate ESG tools into customer engagement systems. An existing $8 million financing was restructured; Resulticks will repay the amount in four tranches by September 2026. The key terms for a potential merger have been set and negotiations on non-dilutive financing are underway, but completion is not yet guaranteed.
