Envipco plunges after revenue and earnings miss

Envipco reported Q2 2026 revenue of €26.1 million, missing the consensus of €28.3 million. The company posted a net loss of €4.1 million and an EBITDA loss of €1.7 million, after a positive EBITDA a year earlier; gross margin fell to 32.2%. Envipco: CEO Simon Bolton to step down on 30 April 2026

Envipco's share price fell about 4% after the announcement of CEO Simon Bolton's resignation. Envipco reports 18% revenue decline in Q3 2025 and shares fall

Envipco recorded revenue of 22.5 million EUR in Q3 2025, a decline of 18% year on year, and reported a negative EBITDA of 0.3 million EUR. Cash balances rose significantly to 62.7 million EUR, and the share closed after the figures at 4.80 EUR (-3.03%).
