Europa Oil & Gas: approval for farm-out in Equatorial Guinea granted

Europa Oil & Gas said its associated company Antler Global has received ministry approval for a farm-out agreement with Fuhai in Equatorial Guinea. Europa holds 42.9% of Antler; on completion Antler will retain a 40% working interest and the operator role, Fuhai will receive 40% and GEPetrol 20%. Europa Gas & Öl receives license extension in Ireland until 2028

Europa Gas & Öl has been granted an extension of the first phase of its FEL 4/19 license in Ireland until 31 January 2028. The extended period will be used for further technical studies and to secure a partner for development.
