The Gravity Co share gained in premarket trading after the game developer reported a consolidated net profit of 24,341 million KRW in Q2 2026 (+83.8% y/y) and an operating profit of 27,582 million KRW (+40.2% y/y). The driver was the online games segment, whose revenues rose 35.0% y/y and 14.5% q/q, supported by strong user activity for Ragnarok Online in Thailand and Latin America. Total revenues were about USD 104.5 million (q/q largely stable), and cash and short-term financial instruments amounted to roughly USD 419 million. At the annual general meeting in Seoul, Gravity shareholders approved the consolidated and separate financial statements for 2025 and 2024, reappointed ten board members and elected Yeong Ah Park as a new independent member.
