Harbour Energy has set the exchange rate for the payment of its interim dividend. The previously announced interim dividend is USD 150m, or 8.05 US cents per share, for the half‑year to 30 June 2026 and will be paid in British pounds on 24 September 2026 to shareholders registered on 14 August 2026. The applicable GBP/USD rate is 1.3555, which corresponds to a payment of 5.9388 pence per share. Harbour Energy reports record H1 2026 production of around 509,000 bpd, adjusted EPS of £0.28 (+27%) and an adjusted post-tax profit of £562m (+37%). Due to higher oil and gas prices and acquisition effects, the free cash flow forecast for 2026 was increased from $1.4bn to $1.8bn. Harbour Energy has launched a share buyback programme to acquire its own ordinary shares worth up to $250 million, which will end no later than 5 March 2027. All shares acquired under the programme are to be cancelled to reduce share capital.
