Harrow Health misses EPS expectations for Q2 2026 despite revenue growth

Harrow Health reported Q2 2026 revenue of $70.7m (+11% yoy) and an adjusted loss of $0.46 per share versus an expected loss of $0.11. Management affirmed its full-year guidance of $350–365m revenue and $80–100m adjusted EBITDA, cited VEVYE and IHEEZO as the main growth drivers, and expected margin improvement in H2. Harrow presents study data on ophthalmic products — shares jump

At the annual meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists, Harrow presented data on IHEEZO (chloroprocaine gel) and the biosimilar BYOOVIZ. Investigators reported that IHEEZO was associated with tended-to-be less pain and fewer ocular symptoms after intravitreal injections; a retrospective analysis showed no increased risk of endophthalmitis. Harrow is continuing to recruit for the randomized QUELL study (≈236 patients), with initial results expected in Q4 2026. Samsung Bioepis reintroduces BYOOVIZ distribution in the US with Harrow

Samsung Bioepis is restarting the US reintroduction of the ophthalmology biosimilar BYOOVIZ (ranibizumab-nuna) in partnership with Harrow, which will handle US commercial distribution. Distribution rights had been returned from Biogen to Samsung Bioepis at the end of 2025; Samsung Bioepis will remain responsible for development, approval and manufacturing.
