Heidelberg Pharma sets RP2D for HDP-101 and launches Phase IIa in multiple myeloma
Heidelberg Pharma has established the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) for the ADC candidate HDP-101 (pamlectabart tismanitin), thereby completing the Phase I portion of the ongoing study. The Safety Review Committee recommended the step after reviewing safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic data; pamlectabart was well tolerated across all doses and a maximum tolerated dose was not reached. Promising efficacy signals were observed in the higher cohorts, so recruitment into the Phase IIa part with up to 30 patients is expected to begin in the coming weeks. Detailed safety and efficacy data and the selection of the RP2D will be presented at a scientific conference. » Plus sur de.investing.com
Heidelberg Pharma cuts 75% of jobs and focuses on HDP-101
Heidelberg Pharma is reducing its workforce by about 75% and concentrating resources on its lead ADC program HDP-101 after a regulatory setback at Telix that delayed expected milestone payments. For 2025 the company reported a net loss of €42.3 million, negative equity and reduced cash; through a revised financing it received an advance payment of $20 million and extends its runway to mid-2027. The HDP-101 study shows encouraging response rates in higher dose cohorts, dose escalation continues and a recommended phase‑II dose is expected in H1 2026. HDP-102 has been suspended and is available for partnerships; management expects higher revenues for 2026 (€11–15 million) and substantially lower operating expenses. » Plus sur de.investing.com
Heidelberg Pharma receives $20 million upfront from Soleus Capital and additional $25 million on FDA approval of TLX250-Px
Heidelberg Pharma expands its license agreement with HealthCare Royalty and brings Soleus Capital in as an investor. The company is entitled to a $20 million upfront payment from Soleus Capital and a further $25 million upon FDA approval of the imaging diagnostic TLX250-Px; the HCRx payment on approval remains unchanged. After the new cap is reached, a high single-digit percentage of the royalties will go to HCRx, with the remaining royalties reverting to Heidelberg Pharma. Based on the agreement and existing funds, financing is secured through mid‑2027. » Plus sur finanzen.net
