Hiscox completes first tranche of $300m buyback programme

Hiscox acquired 6,608,372 ordinary shares for $150 million as part of the first tranche of its announced $300 million buyback programme. The purchases were made between 25 February and 14 August through Peel Hunt; the acquired shares will be cancelled to reduce share capital.
