Volk is responsible for commercializing GPU-powered AI infrastructure (sovereign AI cloud, GPU-as-a-service, colocation, hybrid solutions) and reports to Craig Tavares. HIVE Digital agreed a five‑year GPU cloud services contract with Nvidia worth about $350 million, deploying 2,016 Blackwell Ultra GPUs at its Merritt, British Columbia data centre.
