IES Holdings: data centers and infrastructure drive growth, residential construction remains weak

IES Holdings to acquire DBM Global for about $650 million

IES Holdings has agreed to acquire DBM Global from INNOVATE for approximately $650 million; the deal will be financed with cash and IES common stock and supported by an expanded credit facility arranged by Wells Fargo.
