Innate Pharma and Sobi agree on a strategic partnership to further develop Lacutamab for cutaneous T‑cell lymphomas; Innate Pharma will run the phase‑3 TELLOMAK‑3 study to support a planned application for accelerated approval for Sézary syndrome. Sobi would receive exclusive global commercialization rights after a possible accelerated approval and may assume full global development rights after positive phase‑3 results. Innate Pharma completes recruitment for phase-1 dose escalation of IPH4502

Innate Pharma has completed patient recruitment for the dose-escalation part of the phase‑1 study of IPH4502 and enrolled 76 patients in France and the US with Nectin‑4–positive solid tumors. The company reports a favorable safety profile with limited hematologic toxicity and observed objective response rates in pretreated patients, including urothelial carcinoma, NSCLC and head-and-neck squamous cell carcinomas.
