Innoviva: three therapies named finalists for Prix Galien USA 2026

Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics has confirmed three products — XACDURO, ZEVTERA and NUZOLVENCE — as finalists for the Prix Galien USA Award 2026 in the category “best pharmaceutical product.” XACDURO is approved for hospital- and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter, ZEVTERA is a cephalosporin approved in 2024 for Staphylococcus aureus, and NUZOLVENCE is a 2025-approved oral single-dose therapy for resistant gonorrhea. Innoviva launches Nortiva Bio to develop long-acting oral LYNX platform

Innoviva launched Nortiva Bio, a wholly owned subsidiary to advance the LYNX long-acting oral drug delivery platform that can convert daily medicines into extended-release therapies with potential dosing up to one month.
