Innventure announces cost reductions and considers sale of subsidiary AeroFlexx
Innventure will cut parent-company costs, reduce quarterly cash outflows excluding debt service from USD 7.5 million to 4.5 million, and eliminate internal spending on corporate start-ups and group-level R&D. The company is exploring strategic alternatives to monetize subsidiary AeroFlexx, which has engaged financial advisers, and is seeking external capital as a bridge.
