JBDI Holdings again meets NASDAQ minimum price requirement

NASDAQ has informed JBDI Holdings that the company has again met the minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter is considered closed. JBDI had previously received a delisting notice after the share price closed below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. The stock is currently trading at $1.29, an increase of nearly 25% over the past week that pushed the price above the $1 threshold, and the common shares remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. JBDI Holdings received a deficiency notice from NASDAQ because its stock price was below the $1.00 minimum requirement for more than 30 consecutive trading days. The share currently trades at $0.66 and has fallen 34.68% over the past six months. The company has until July 6, 2026 (180 calendar days) to regain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days; alternatively, a second 180-day period may be granted if other listing requirements are met.
