JD Logistics reports strong Q2 growth, stock falls after slightly missed revenue expectations

JD Logistics increased revenue in the second quarter by 24.3% to RMB 64.10 billion and operating profit (non‑IFRS) by 11.6% to RMB 2.34 billion, while revenue from external customers rose 30.8%. The company missed the consensus forecast by around 1% (about RMB 630 million), after which the stock dropped 2.01%. Gross margin and cost burden declined due to the Deppon integration and higher outsourcing costs; free cash flow was RMB 2.15 billion. JD Logistics reports 24.1% revenue growth in Q3 2025, stock slightly down

JD Logistics posted total revenue of RMB 55.1 billion in Q3 2025 (+24.1% YoY) and a non-GAAP net profit of RMB 2.02 billion with a profit margin of 3.3%. Revenue from ISC customers rose 45.8% to RMB 13.1 billion. The company plans to double its overseas warehouses by the end of 2025, continues to focus on automation and cost efficiency, and forecasts EPS of USD 0.19 for 2025 and USD 0.20 for 2026.
