JD.com makes concessions for takeover of Ceconomy to secure EU approval

For EU approval of the takeover of MediaMarkt parent company Ceconomy, JD.com has offered concessions to the European Commission, according to an update on the Commission’s website. The Commission does not specify which concessions were submitted.
