Jones Soda has completed a private placement with gross proceeds of $1,735,000. Units were issued consisting of a common share and a half detachable warrant; the proceeds will be used for growth and general corporate purposes. The company paid Revere Securities a cash fee equal to 8.0% of the gross proceeds. The securities were not registered under the U.S. Securities Act but include registration rights.
