JOST grows in second quarter: revenue +13% and adjusted EBIT +19%

JOST reports Q2 revenue up 13% to €440.2m and adjusted EBIT of €43.9m (+19%), with the margin rising to 10%. Growth was driven by market share gains, synergies from the Hyva acquisition and stronger demand in Asia, the Americas and hydraulic segments; Europe, the Middle East and Africa grew more modestly. JOST reports Q1 sales up 11.6% to €417m; adjusted for acquisition and currency effects, revenues rose 9%. Adjusted EBIT climbed about 23% to €44.1m, and group profit grew by more than a quarter to €16.5m. The adjusted EBIT margin improved to 10.6%, placing it within the strategic target corridor of 10–12%.
