Kiora publishes positive phase-1 data for KIO-301 in Nature Medicine

Kiora Pharmaceuticals completes private placement of up to $24 million

Kiora Pharmaceuticals has completed a private placement raising up to $24 million in gross proceeds, consisting of a $5.0 million upfront payment and up to an additional $19 million upon exercise of milestone-based warrants. Sole investors are Perceptive Advisors and ADAR1 Capital Management; the securities were placed at-the-market and sold without a placement agent. The warrants are immediately exercisable at $1.94 and could generate about $19 million more if fully exercised.
