Vopak raises 2026 guidance after 4% revenue rise in first half
Vopak reports H1 2026 revenue up 4% to EUR 677.10m, net income of EUR 186.40m and earnings per share of EUR 1.63; EBITDA was EUR 600.30m. Declines in net income and EPS versus the prior year were caused by one-off items in 2025 and a loss on a disposal. Utilization stood at 91%; revenue growth came from new projects and the core business, while operating costs fell due to lower insurance expenses. The company lifted its 2026 guidance for proportional EBITDA to EUR 1,180–1,220m, expects proportional operating free cash flow of around EUR 820m, announced an interim dividend of EUR 0.72 per share and is switching to semi-annual distributions. » Plus sur de.investing.com
