Largo restructures US$82.2 million debt and extends maturity to March 2030

Largo has signed a term sheet with five Brazilian banks to restructure about US$82.2 million for its subsidiary Largo Vanádio de Maracás, shifting the maturity from September 2026 to March 2030. The deal foresees six months without principal repayments, followed by quarterly amortization over 36 months and monthly interest payments. Largo appoints James Bannantine as co-CEO

Largo has appointed James Bannantine as co-chief executive officer alongside Executive Chairman and co-CEO Alberto Arias. Daniel Tellechea is stepping down from the co-CEO role and will remain as an adviser and board member. Largo fails to meet Nasdaq minimum price requirement

Largo has been notified by Nasdaq that its common shares closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days and therefore do not meet Nasdaq’s minimum price requirement. The stock is currently trading at $0.74; the company has 180 calendar days to restore the minimum price, with ten consecutive trading days above $1.00 required for compliance. The Nasdaq listing remains in place for now and the Toronto listing is not affected.
