LiqTech launches $20 million share offering at $1.00 per share

LiqTech is offering 20,000,000 common shares at $1.00 each, representing a discount to the $1.21 market price and a significant dilution of market capitalization. There is a 45-day over-allotment option for up to 3,000,000 additional shares; the deal is expected to close on June 8, 2026. LiqTech wins record order for pool filtration in Australia

LiqTech secured a record order for ten QlariFlow ceramic membrane systems for the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Fraser Rise, Victoria, in partnership with Waterco. The electrically powered project aims for a 5-star Green Star certification and is expected to be the first municipal swimming facility in Australia to use LiqTech’s ceramic membranes. LiqTech opens service center in Cresson, Texas to strengthen US business

LiqTech will open a new service center in Cresson near Fort Worth on November 1, 2025, in partnership with Halldor Systems.
