Lixiang Education is changing its ADS ratio from one ADS representing 100 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 1,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to a 1-for-10 reverse split. The change takes effect on April 20, 2026; every ten existing ADSs will be exchanged for one new ADS, fractional ADSs will be sold and the net proceeds paid out.
